1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

2. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

  • Taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with applicable law.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms, delivery times, and fees are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  • Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Free standard shipping is offered on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and discounts).

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Our Return Policy governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges and is incorporated into these Terms.

  • Except as required by law, shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Site — including text, logos, designs, product images, and graphics — is the property of Mode Rimal or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada.

  • Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Québec, unless prohibited by applicable consumer law.
