Shipping Policy — Mode Rimal

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and again once it has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act, unless otherwise agreed in writing, all purchases must be delivered within 30 days of the transaction date.

  • If delivery cannot be completed within this timeframe, you may cancel the order at no cost, and we will issue a full refund.

Shipping Methods & Fees

  • Shipping costs are clearly disclosed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

  • Orders under $100 are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, selected service, and package weight/size.

  • We offer standard and expedited delivery options. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

  • Mode Rimal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Risk of Loss & Transfer of Ownership

  • Ownership of products and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery. For shipments requiring a signature, delivery is deemed complete when the carrier confirms receipt at the designated address.

International Orders

  • At this time, we ship only within Quebec, Canada.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

  • If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us at moderimal@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, where applicable, replace the item or issue a refund in compliance with consumer law.

Your Rights Under Québec Law

  • This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Loi sur la protection du consommateur (Québec).

  • If there is any inconsistency between this policy and the Act, the Act will prevail.
