How to Start a Return
By Mail:
Email moderimal@gmail.com to request a return authorization. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
In Store:
You may return eligible items at any Mode Rimal store within 14 days. Please bring your item(s) and receipt.
Note: Packages sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact moderimal@gmail.com immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
For the quickest service, return the unwanted item and place a new order once your return is accepted. In-store exchanges may be completed based on availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please email moderimal@gmail.com.
Unless required by law or where we made an error/your item is defective, original shipping charges are not refundable.
